| During these times, our office staff is available to schedule an appointment for sick visits and future well exams. All non-urgent calls, including requests for prescription refills, HMO referrals and laboratory or x-ray results should be made during routine office hours when medical records are available. We do appreciate if you try to make all “routine” and “non-urgent” patient question calls during regular office hours, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
We have office hours Monday through Thursday evenings from 6 PM until 8 PM and on Saturday mornings from 9 AM to 12 Noon. During those hours, the office will be staffed by a doctor and a receptionist for the purpose of providing office visits for sick children. We hope you understand that the purpose of these extended hours is to save you visits to the emergency room and to give treatment to sick children as soon as possible. |
